This is one of our early projects, from 1996 or so. For some reason lost to time, we decided to remake the entire Beatles 'White Album", using whatever gear we had lying around. That consisted of a shitty microphone, a couple of guitars, a bass, some keyboards (with primitive drum machine), some random percussion, a really neat echo/reverb unit and a cassette 4-track. We also were able to create basic loops using the tape-to-tape option on a boombox. Like magic! The results were fun and sporadically cool, but these days, it's a little hard to listen to the whole thing. So, I decided to make a "condensed" version, cutting it down to 30 minutes. Some tracks are left on in their entirety, others slashed. The George Numbers were always really short and are presented here complete. You may also note that some of the music is our own, or adapted. It was meant in fun, so enjoy!
